Does anyone know of a free Internet based volunteer management software tool for our volunteer group?

We have over 100 volunteers and we are looking for a free Internet based volunteer management software that we could use to keep track of our volunteers, their skills, and projects that we find out about that they could volunteer for. We don’t have any funds to purchase such a tool and having it avaliable on the Internet allows us to have serveral people manage it.
