Cant remove verizon internet security suite need free progam removal tool.help please.?

I have been trying to remove my verizon internet security suite but keep getting error>(Error (-5005:Ox80070002). I called verizon 4 times and was just on the phone yesterday with tech for almost an hour. We cant log in since theres a problem with the program and need to uninstll before I can reinstall! Ive tried CC cleaner regestry cleaner adaware,spybot,restarting in safe mode spyware doctor you name it I tried it even went to system 32 looking to remove it but stiil cant uninstall this verizon program Does anyone know of a program thats 100% free that will remove this every time I googel the error I get when in control panel and click uninstall(Error) (-5005:Ox800070002) appears andwhen I googel the error it directs me to regesry cleaners/program removal tools thats just free down loads not free removal! Please help me figure this out Thanks in advance

Upgrade from AVG free to AVG Internet Security?

Ive been using AVG free for quite a while now on my laptop. My desktop has AVG Internet Security (paid). I also wanted the bonus protection stuff, and so i upgraded to internet security. The problem is that cannot see rootkit protection or system tools in the components section. These are supposed to come with Internet Security because my desktop has these installed. Im asking here instead of AVG support because this is faster Thanks in advance.
