As with photoshop.com, it allows you to edit your photos.  You can auto-fix, rotate, crop, resize,exposure, exposure, colors, sharpen, and red-eye.

You can create effects, text, shapes, touch-up, frames and more advanced options.

NOTE: Several of these features require you to upgraded to their premium package.

You can easily upload images and create photo albums.  The photos can have a caption and tags.
