    My Associates and I have made it a point to undergo training with our employees of different departments so that we are able to understand better as to what their responsibilities are. This helps to bring unity within the organization, and gives us a better understanding of how we can help them become more productive. We also receive the data from the assessment tools to measure their strengths and weakness in certain areas, so we know what we need to work on, and what are each individuals’ strong points. This has helped our initiative out tremendously and we are seeing positive feedback from the organizational training.
